Bought for me by my brother, he said it was recommended by a friend and after eating myself stupid over Xmas i thought i'd have a look, not expecting much. I've been training for 5 years now and am working towards doing a Triathlon. It gives you a really good workout but I'm also starting to get a lot out of the 'technique' sections on the DVD. There are some solid tips there and i'm working on ironing out a few bad habits that I've got into with my boxing. It's also given me some new ideas to mix up my workout, all helps to make things in the gym more interesting adding in new drills.
Basically, for what I'm looking for from a boxing / training DVD this is as good as I've come across. No-nonsense and he best present i got this year, spot on.
