Following in the footsteps of the hugely successful "bounce" albums (such as the Ultimate NRG series mixed by Alex K), Bounce Mania features 40 tracks across two CDs. Both discs have been compiled and mixed by KB Project, the biggest name on the UK bounce scene. KB Project comprise producer Kenny Hayes and DJ Ben Trengove, who is the main resident DJ at legendary bounce club Wigan Pier. The album provides a mix of classic Wigan Pier anthems alongside some fantastic, exclusive mixes of the biggest names in the UK charts.

There's really only a couple of good clubland albums that come out every year, which is quite surprising considering the actual volume of albums that do come out for this genre. Pity most of them only have a few decent tracks on at most..
The Ultimate NRG series changed that somewhat, and as this is a direct descendant from that series its no surprise that this turned out to be a fantastic album. It includes the best songs of 2008/2009, and the best bounciest mixes. Well worth the buy if you're a fan - if you're not a fan yet this album will get you well on your way to becoming one!

The Wigan Pier Bounce CD introduced me to "bounce" and when I saw this I thought I'd try it on MP3 from Amazon,
this is a brilliant mix of tunes with great energy.
Highly recommended, looking forward to the release of Wigan Pier 2 as well.
