I was a huge fan of Karen's first video The Crunch which I bought last year after being recomended it by a friend so when I discovered that she had released a second title I thought i'd give it a try - much to my disapointment. The careful slow streches of the first series appeared to be replaced by a more fantic workout that I found hard to follow. The production lacked the quality and time that was apparent with her first release and I would not recomend this video to anyone.
