looking for depth? 8 Oct 2011

If you are looking for a book that covers the material covered in a college level botany course, you will like this book. There is a good explanation of chemistry, cell structure, photosynthesis, etc. If you are looking for something simple and more horticultural this book may be too much for you. It is much more about the anatomy and structure of plants than general information about plants. The "for Dummies" series also has some very good less technical books on plants.
