Protecting your investment, and the mistakes people make....
Let's face it - a good instrument costs money. One of the biggest mistakes we see is people (having already spent good money buying the instrument) then buy a flimsy 5mm thick bag which offers little to no protection when moving it around. 5mm of padding is OK as a waterproof cover, but what if it falls over? How much protection does it offer then?
There ain't many gig bags like these knocking around - offering and awesome 25mm of padded protection to your beloved axe.
Starting from the back - there are two 1.5" wide comfy straps for carrying in a rucksack-stylie, these are padded so those weighty Les Pauls don't start digging into your shoulders. The length of the straps is easily adjustable to suit your physique - from body builder to that geezer off the 'Mr Muscle' ads, this bag will sit on your back perfectly. The rear of the case also features a 20cm hanging loop - so when your not using it you can sling it on a coat hook out of the road.
The carry handle on the side is reinforced with velcro, again preventing the case digging in when its full to the brim of axe. The bottom of guitar case is also reinforced with rubber, to ensure that the guitar stands up more sturdily when plonked on its rear end. Open the two zips (which can easily be padlocked with ....err....a padlock), and we find the recess into which the guitar sits. This has extra reinforcement at the headstock and the bridge, where the ends of the strings have a tendancy to tear the inside of the bag to shreds. Genius!
Onto the front of the case, theres a couple of pockets of extra large pockets in which to store your leads and no doubt lose your capo, plectrums, spare strings (did I mention we sell al
