The GOOD is it makes a great cup of coffee or other drinks most times.
The BAD is that the earlier T discs particularly the "crema" types often exploded. They have redisigned them now so the problem has mostly gone away. The official descaler tablets cost more than 24carat gold but you can use Oust according to those that know.

This is a fantastic product that delivers great coffee every time, quickly and easily. Ok, the T-Discs may be a bit expensive but if you're just going to use it as an occasional treat it seems more than worth it.
So simple to use, just make sure it's got water in, pop in the disc, press the button and away it goes. After it's done (typically in less than 60 seconds) you get the choice to alter the strength / quantity of the drink (which is sometimes desirable) and then you're done, ready for a second drink straight away if required. The drink comes out hot and stays hot for a good while (nothing worse than a tepid / luke warm coffee!).
The machine is a bit noisy, but at least you know it's doing something, and it is advised to clean the system after milky drinks, but it's very easy to do. The range of drinks is also great (the Twinings tea is better than any tea bag I've ever tasted) and the machine looks smart and is small enough to sit on your work surface without taking up too much room.
All in all, I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a quick and easy coffee machine to use at home, and the price isn't bad too!

love my tassimo, no more kettle in the kitchen - hot drinks that even the kids can make for you. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate and many more - use the tassimo site for discs for a huge range, order £30 or more for free delivery. Tesco and Morrisons stock tea, coffee and hot choc but asda is useless only stocking the hot choc.
Very easy to use - put in water in storage tank, place cup underneath and press a button - "simples" my friends.

Coffee is only as good as the water you make it with, therefore I do recommend you use filtered water thereby saving a lot of problems later.

I can recomend this machine it is brillient, we are really enjoying our coffee. Why pay more for the T40 model when this is equal to it.Take a chance and buy this machine.
