This dishwasher cleans, rinses and dries well for me. It's quiet and efficient. My previous Bosch did not have the cutlery drawer, and the drawer is good at getting cutlery clean, and ideal for large knives etc. However, I have found that the drawer reduces the space inside the machine. I can no longer get wine glasses in the top basket without the glasses hitting the underside of the cutlery drawer above. If I adjust this basket downwards so that the glasses do not snag on the cutlery drawer, then I can no longer fit dinner plates in the lower basket without hitting the upper basket. It's incredibly annoying. Perhaps it's me. But I think the solution will be to remove the cutlery drawer, reluctantly, and go back to a cutlery basket. Even more annoying, I threw out the old cutlery basket when my previous Bosch broke. Grrrrr.

Not sure why the other reviewer didn't like this must have had another issue with it. We LOVE ours! We spent a lot of time looking and decided the extra money was worth it. It is very quite and has a lot of great options. I would highly recommend. I also Love that it has a 3rd rack really give you alot more space.
Having owned several dishwashers over the last 10 years, I now they find share one thing in common, something already noted by a reviewer of this washing machine. I suspect it's all been done in the name of economy and getting the right rating on the sticker so that it looks good in the shop. The price we pay for saving a few litres of water is a lousy wash and loaded items coming out feeling as if they are coated in dried soup. Hopefully the manufacturers will read these reviews an attempt to correct this problem.
