I had been very happy with my Ciso Cordless Pruner and found it most useful all summer so much so that the blade was rather blunted. When I noticed that replacement blades were available, I immediately ordered one. My son (36yrs) was staying with me when it arrived and he volunteered to insert it. He managed to remove the blunt one but found it impossible to insert the new one without removing the top plate ("You'd need to be Houdini to get in there" was his comment). Inside he found bits of leaves and twigs which were clearly the problem. He cleaned them and put in the blade and re-attached the top plate. Unfortunately, my pruner doesn't work properly now. The blade comes down when I press the "trigger" but does not go back up again. If I press it again, it goes back up, but not always. So I shall have to get it mended before the spring, or buy a new one. Can anyone provide me with the address in Milan of someone who can repair the pruner?
