After much deliberation over whether to buy the original Fein multimaster I chose this far cheaper option and have absolutely NO REGRETS whatsoever.I have used it for flooring, removing coving, repairing badly plastered walls, detailing work, tiling and it has never let me down. The accessories in this kit would cost a fortune over the Amazon asking price and I would say represent excellent value compared to the basic option which only contains the sander pad, plunge cut and bimetal semicircular blade. You can get the generic sanding sheets much cheaper in the pound shops and on ebay, so don't pay the extortionate prices asked for Bosch originals, as there really is no difference. The one thing I would criticise is the flimsiness of the sanding pad which utilises the velcro hook and loop fastening to hold the sanding sheet in place. I have found that when detailing the pad can easily burn through and wear down especially on the apices which you mainly use. Bosch have changed the design over the past 6months with a softer white rubber beneath the hook pad but it's still prone to burn through so be careful and keep the pressure light and the speed low when doing the detailing work.

Just received this from Amazon and not had chance to use it yet, (I will amend my review after doing so).However, when ordering be aware that 6 of the so-called 13 accessories are just sheets of sandpaper. The accessory list is as follows: 1 x AIZ32EC - Plunge saw for wood. 1 x AIZ32BB - Plunge saw for hardwood. 1 x AIZ10AB - Plung saw for metal. 1 x ATZ52SC - Scraper. 1 x ACZ85RT - Circular type blade with coated edge for removing grout etc.. 1 x ACZ85EB - Circular type blade for cutting wood amd metal. 1 x Sander head. 6 x sander sheets. 13 Total. Revised review: Having finished the first phase of installing a new kitchen, this device was invaluable. Cutting through floorboards and nails. Cutting wood and metal items in awkward locations and briiliant for slicing into plaster to channel cables. All blades are still in great condition, no missing teeth or blunt areas, Highly recommended and well worth the money

Wish this had been available years ago.Saves time, effort and frustration in every task I have used it on. As a professional installer of shower rooms & kitchens for the elderly & disabled, disruption for our clients has to be kept to a minimum and time in their homes as short as possible. This tool helps us reduce both disruption and down time.
