I had been looking for a replacement handblender set for some months.
My criteria was that it had to have a separate mini bowl processor. I have had a similar set for some years and use either the bowl or the stick blender several times a week. Once I started looking around I found that not all sets had the processor bowl, often just a beaker to blend in.
Around Christmas I found what I was looking for in a local Department store and persuaded my husband to add it to my Presents! Christmas came and went and the new piece of kit was unboxed and set up ready to go. It went back after a week, the motor had burnt out, and this was a very well known brand. This began a run of several different makes, all of which didn't make the grade for one reason or another. I eventually hit the web and came up with the Bosch. Amazon had the best price so I took the plunge and have been delighted with it.
It blends well, chops well, and is very secure when using the bowl processor due to suckers on the bottom, which means it doesn't move across the worktop.
All in all a first class set.
The reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is that I find, for me, the control buttons are the wrong side of the stickblender. That may be because I'm cackhanded!!

This is my first jump into having a hand held blender and after doing a bit of research, I decided to opt for this Bosch machine, I wanted something that can blend, puree and chop and this device does it very well. I was remarkably impressed when I placed half an onion in the chopping jug - a couple of whizzes and it was finely diced. It handled garlic and ginger equally well.
The pulse button and vari-speed control are a welcome treat along.
The standard 2 year guarantee which gives a lot of piece of mind, especially if the machine is to be used a great deal.
The hanging attachment is a nice idea to enable storage of the blender.
There are numerous blenders with a plethora of attachments available, however I had a clear idea of what I wanted the blender to do and this does the job.

Amazon Verified Purchase
I purchased this item as I needed to puree all my husbands meals as he is on chemotherapy and has a sore mouth. I chose this one as it was the only brand that had no negative reviews. It is a brilliant product and does everything I could want simply and quickly. It is easy to wash and takes up very little room. I would definitely recommend it.

Good quality with lot of attachments
This is a replacement for our earlier broken kenwood hand blender(after many years of service). Wife uses it even for extracting butter from milk every week. Read more
