The Bosch MCM5530 is a powerful 1100 watt food processor. It has 4 stage speed settings and a pulse setting, perfect for all your processing needs. There is a 1.5 litre liquidiser for blending and pureeing. The plastci mixing bowl is transparent so you can see your ingredients and it has a lid with funnell and stuffer. The accessories include a multifunctional knife, a dough hook and balloon whisk. There is a reversible slicing disc for thick and then, a reversible shredding disc for coarse or fine. There is a disc holder for extra stability. It also has a citru press and juice extractor. The accessory box means you can keep all you accessories neatly together

Bought this processor because our old one eventually died. Bought Bosch because of reliability and build standard. The additional items store neatly in the supplied drawer and when in use the machine doesn't move because of the suction pads on the bottom. An excellent appliance.

I am really pleased with the Bosch MCM5530 Food Processor it is doing everything I wanted from it. The only query I have with it is that the Recipe book that comes with it is not very good and I would have liked one with more detail.
