The Bosch Rotak 32 electric rotary lawnmower has a powerful 1100 watt Powerdrive motor that enables it to tackle long grass with ease. Featuring innovative grass combs, it can cut right up to the edge of your lawn and against walls. It has a 32 cm cutting width and a range of cutting heights from 20 - 60 mm suitable for different conditions. The Rotak 32 is ideal for the smaller sized lawn.
Grass Combs--Mow Right up to the Edge
With inset front wheels, the innovative grass combs enable cutting of grass growing up to the edge of the lawn. This ensures that no strips of uncut grass are left behind even when cutting around flower beds, walls or paths.
Lightweight and Easy to Use
Lightweight at only 6.8 kg, with an integrated carry handle, the Rotak 32 is easy to use, carry and is highly manoeuvrable. A lever enables you to quickly and easily change the height of cut from 20 mm to 60 mm to suit different lawn conditions.
Cable and Fitted Plug
This Rotak comes complete with 10 m of cable and is ideal for small to medium sized lawns.

I ordered the Bosch Rotak 32 Electric Rotary Lawnmower as a replacement for my petrol driven lawnmower. The Rotak 32 is so light in comparison and I have no more worries about difficult starting, just push the button and squeeze the handle. The real seller was the two year guarantee. The Rotak 32 cuts beautifully and my lawn looks like a putting green for the first time in years. I did read the reviews on Amazon before making a final decision and I cannot understand how people find the height adjustment difficult! Just pull the wheel out of the slot and slide - it's that simple, the axle being spring loaded even returns to the slot on its own. My Rotak 32 doesn't have a roller so I am confused by the reference to difficult height adjustment and stripes! I have never owned a lawnmower that does not spill some grass when emptying the grass box and was quite amused by one review where they tilted the mower vertically upwards as a preventative measure, I'd like to see the video on YouTube. The Bosch Rotak 32 Electric Rotary Lawnmower is a powerful, lightweight and easy-to-use machine and the price is fantastic for such a quality lawnmower with a two year guarantee.

Perfect for a small lawn,

I've tried various mowers on my terraced garden that has 2 small lawns with steps between them. I need a small mower I can carry up steps that doesn't take up too much space. I didn't really want a rotary, but the push-along type did my back in, and my small electric cylinder (from Bosch) bent the blade on the first stone it hit and from then on sounded like a jet taking off. I tried a hover, but that just bruised the grass and blew it away from the cutting blades. So I was over the moon when Amazon delivered this the next day (on free saver service) before 09:00 and I found that it did the job better than I ever would have imagined.The grass box is a bit small, but it's better than my old push-along. It sucks the grass up to the blades and cuts it cleanly without any problems. That cutting up the the edges feature really works and saved me getting out my strimmer. I even hit a couple of stones without bending the blade. And it really does do stripes - not like the lightweight cylinder that promised stripes but didn't deliver. At the end of the day, for £60 quid you can't really ask for more. If your lawn is bigger then you might find you need a wider blade, but this little baby suits my own requirements perfectly.

As the other reviews have stated, this is a powerful little mower housed in a slightly flimsy plastic body, which is why it gets only 4 stars from me - not too sure exactly how long it'll last.Used this recently on our lawn for the first cut of the year, the grass was long & thick, but I could go straight through it without needing to go back and forth to ensure the grass was completely cut. This mower is only suitable for small to medium size gardens as it is quite narrow. The grass box fills up quickly as it doesn't compact, but then you'll only be using it for a small area anyway. The roller does create stripes, a bonus for me! I found changing wheel height to be pretty straight-forward; although the manual did not actually give any useful instructions on that front, with the picture not showing the actual mechanism for adjustment (you need to pull the spring-loaded axle out of its slot and push/pull it up into the next one, repeating separately for every wheel). If you're after a small mower that can still cut grass properly, then this is the one for you. If your lawn's bigger, just buy one of the Rotak's bigger versions!
