The PSR 18 LI-2 Cordless 2-speed drill/driver enables fast drilling and screwdriving. This version of the tool comes complete with the 18-volt lithium-ion battery and 60-minute charging station. The PSR 18 LI-2 is part of the 18 Volt ‘Power4all’ System, meaning that its battery fits all the other tools in the system.

Thanks to the lithium-ion “PowerPack” battery, the PSR 18 LI-2 offers 30% more power than the previous 2008 model and a 15% increase in running time. In practical terms, this means the drill/driver can drive approximately 300 screws with a diameter of eight millimetres into softwood with only one battery charge. Plus, Bosch lithium-ion products come with electronic cell protection (ECP), which protects the batteries against overheating, overloading and deep discharge and therefore guarantees a long lifetime of the battery. The PSR 18 LI-2 is also easy to handle. It can be frustrating to work in poorly or partly lit areas, but the PSR 18 LI-2 solves this problem with the integrated PowerLight, which ensures the work piece is always visible.

Easy Handling

The tool has a 2-speed high performance planetary gearbox. This gives high power in the first gear at low speed and high speed in the second gear, which ensures superior lifetime, best power transfer and high running smoothness. The PSR 18 LI-2 comes with up to 25 pre-selectable torque settings, plus drill settings for optimal power for every application. Thanks to the keyless chuck with Autolock, the drill bits and screwdriver bits are rapidly clamped into the tool without the need for any additional tools.

The ‘Power4all’ label on the tools show at a glance which tools belong to the family. Users can easily and quickly identify the tools within the system.

The system is simple. The user can buy the full tool, which includes the battery and charger, or purchase the components individually as needed. All tools can be bought as a bare tool so once a DIYer owns the battery and charger, there is no need to purchase them again. This means owning many different batteries for many different tools is a thing of the past.

Having just one battery and charger for many tools offers users the highest convenience. The system is easy to understand, meaning no more confusion over which battery fits which tool.
