The Bosch HMT75M461B is a freestanding microwave in black. It has a 17 litre (0.6 cu.ft) capacityand has 5 power levels: 90 / 180 / 360 / 600 / 800 W.
The Bosch HMT75M461B also features electronic controls, a 245mm diameter glass turntable, LED display for microwave power level, cooking duration and 24 hour clock, electronic timer (up to 99 minutes) with acoustic signal, push button controls for selecting power levels, retractable control for timer and weight settings, 4 weight automatic defrost programmes, 3 weight automatic cooking programmes, and an interior light.
The Bosch HMT75M461B also boasts a memory function - store your favourite recipe instructions, then simply press the memo button to repeat the sequence any time.
Can be installed under a kitchen wall cabinet - allowing convenient access while preserving precious worktop space.

Brilliant item. Perfect (if you don't want all the unnecessary frills of a grill or oven).
It is all the small things that endear it to me: customisable repeat tones (3 or 30), a dial that allows you to adjust times even while cooking, a fan that stays on after the program ends, a light that turns itself off when the door is open and of course it has the Bosch name. Overall happy and that is enough.

Having had problems with two combination microwave ovens, I asked myself whether I really needed all the gizmos and gadgets to cook peas, heat up the odd dinner and melt butter, and came to the conclusion that it was time to go back to basics. However, after an exhaustive trawl around the high street shops, it appeared that many of the products available appeared very flimsy and were not of a build quality that I would consider purchasing, so I was tempted by the reviewer who described this little Bosch as a well-built model. It's a very solid, stylish oven which is small enough to fit neatly at the back of the worktop with room to spare, but big enough at 800w to work very quickly and efficiently on everything I've tried. I have yet to find fault with it, although some people might prefer a defrost button rather than setting it to the lowest power button. One of our considerations was that we needed an oven that was easy to use for an elderly relative with memory problems. Having failed to get to grips with our previous models, this one is so easy to use that they could prepare their own meals again after just one instruction session. Its simplicity of operation is a big bonus: the simple time knob and large digital display in red make it very easy for someone with arthritis and poor sight to use. More expensive than your average basic microwave, but well worth the money.

Small compact microwave that I purchased to install below a kitchen cabinet. The first one I ordered was faulty as the retractable dial was stuck but Amazon sent me a replacement straight away and the replacement was okay. Not impressed with the pre-set programmes as you have to remember which programme number is which. My previous microwave was more advanced as the programme came up in the display. Other than this it is a basic microwave and does what it is supposed to do.

Bosch 800w Microwave
A good looking oven that does exactly what its supposed to do. Its also a Bosch which gives me piece of mind knowing it will probably last a while.

German efficiency
The user guide rates 1 star but the unit rates 5. Thoroughly recommended. Not much else to say. It just sits quietly on the work surface until it's required. Read more
