This toy box was purchased as a gift for my son's 2nd birthday to go in his Thomas themed bedroom. I have had my eye on it for a while, as I liked the idea of seating (Dual use). However, once put together, taken apart, put back together again several times, it is obvious that there is either a fault with the hinges or the design! The two seats do not/will not close correctly. They are on slow release hinge to prevent fingers being caught, but they simply will not shut properly and stay upright by several inches. While the toy box is sturdy and well painted, looking effective, the compartments are also small, therefore only hold small toys. They also prevent you from puting in many items as they are so large and take up a fair space inside the box. Im not really that impressed with the design and would have happily gone for a plain one if Id have known it would be like this! Doesn't serve the real purpose it was purchased for, simply cosmetically pleasing.

Purchased this for my son jack, he loves it. It came within 48hrs, was easy to put together and really solid. Uses as both toy box and seat to watch his cbeebies with! brilliant buy.

my friend loves this as her son has that many toys and needed the extra space storage and seat, awesome product that she is starting to collect the rest of the furniture in the set

Does what it says in the tin..
It's been a great toy box, holds quite a bit but the hinges do require some room, so soft thing on top so it can close or little toys packed around the hinge. Read more

LOOKS BRILLIANT IN MY SONS ROOM AND SO EASY TO PUT TOGETHER
I PUT IT TOGETHER IN 5 MINUTES, AND IT LOOKS GREAT, REALLY COLOURFUL AND MY SON NOW ENJOYS PUTTING HIS TOYS AWAY AT THE END OF THE DAY....

Fantastic!!!
My 3 year old loves this toybox he keep all his books in it and also double's up as a seat on top well worth the money and very easy to assemble.
