What a fantastic product, a present for my daughter's third birthday. It is well made and though the drawers are canvas, you could just use the compartments as shelving if you aren't keen as they're a lovely shade of cerise pink and finished well. The sides are bright and glossy. I don't often have the time to review products but I HAD to write one for this product - after putting flatpack products together all last weekend, I had to tell people how the construction of this was so absolutely easy and quick that I am still in awe of whoever thought up the unique system to put the cabinet together! There are no screws, so no screwdrivers or drills needed. I saw products from Kidsaw Kinder Bedside Cabinet/Pink/Children Furniture/Girl/Novelty that rave about not having to use screws to put their products together, but the prices were quite high. For the price, this is the best in its field and I only wish every product I had to put together for my daughter's bedroom were as easy, quick, and dare I say fun(!) to do. It is on the small side, but one of my favourite products. Oh, and my daughter quite likes it too ;-)

This item is amazing!
I ordered it on Monday night & it came today (wednesday), it took me less than 10 minutes to assemble-even with the "help" of my 3yr old & 18mnth old!
When we took it out of the outer box & my daughter (18mth) saw the ITNG box, her eyes almost popped out of her head-as she is a HUGE upsy daisy fan.
I am so surprised by the quality of the bedside cabinet-as it was so cheap, I though it would be some shabiily painted hardboard-it is actually really lovely glossy paint on the outer 2 sides, the inner back side & the top shelf, the other painted surfaces are matt (but are still painted in either baby pink for the back side or bright pink for the shelves).
The dimensions of this (according to the box) are: 50 H x 37 W x 36 D cm. In terms of the assembly- the wooden pieces just slot together & you secure them with the lilac plastic pegs (dont know how else to describe them) which are provided. The two canvas drawers just pop open & all you have to do is put the base (provided) down in it.
You don't have to use the drawers with the cabinet, they could be used as pretty small toy boxes as they are just canvas boxes (really sweet).
I love this item- I really hope that they bring out a chest of drawers using the same easy to assemble design & pricing!

i bought it for my daughters room...........it has a gr8 quality....easy assembly................canvas drawers come out n can be used separately......... my daughter use upper portion book case.....n lower as vanity drawer................glossy finish...........i was amazed to see its quality n finishing.............im v happy with this product.......

bedside cabinet
This cabinet was the easiest self assembly I have ever made. It is really quite solid. A great cabinet for a kids room.
