Essential for anyone with an interest in design or things of quality

I have wished for years that someone would unleash a monograph on Alvin Lustig, and here it is. It does not disappoint. This books covers his whole career in detail, is profusely illustrated and well printed, and worth every nickel. Well done, Chronicle Books.

Steven Heller and Elaine Lustig Cohen's Born Modern: The Life and Design of Alvin Lustig packs color images into a coverage recommended for a range of collections, from California libraries to arts.
