Good but dated 4 July 2001

This package is a good collection of programming tools and especially viable for experienced programmers. However, with the further developments in form-based programming the Turbo C++ vers 3 & 4.5 aren't as easy to pick up as the Turbo Builder vers 1. The Builder book also eases the transition to the R.A.D. style of programming for die-hard C++ user. As a experienced programmer and have used Turbo C++ since its DOS beginnings, I have found this product vital. But it is time to move on from the good old days and Turbo C++ Builder 5 looks like the next step.
