3.0 out of 5 stars Intersting view of Global Strategy, few European references, 4 Dec 2002
I feel this gives some new and exciting views on Global Strategy
especially re-iterating the need to think about the customer in
a local way before investing heavily in globalisation strategies.
Company culture and the way it relates to successful company
globalisation I found particularly interesting and applicable.
The book however was Japan/US centric with very few references
to European examples and scenarios - this for me did not allow
a truly rounded perspective.
On the whole a very readable, thought provoking insight into
how true globalisation can be achieved through transplanting corporate values and a new global economy.
