Having never done a book review, or any review for that matter, the thing that has inspired me to do this is the fact that it does actually work. Having battled with weight for years, finally there is a lifestyle plan that encompasses realistic food and exercise! Not only are there great quick and easy recipes, but the plan for dinner parties has proved to be an absolute life saver, with those who are and aren't, worried about their weight!
The exercise recommendations are easy to follow and well explained, and while I have a way to go yet, the thought of the summer months is now not as terrifying as it once was!
I would fully recommend this book.
