Normally I don't rate these kind of books because loosing weight is all about Will Power & discipline. But I was rather shocked when I got this book recommended.

Its not just a book saying a way to loose weight. It puts your brain in the mindset it needs to complete the goals you set. It's achievable, fun & it produces results. I have recommended this book to alot of my friends & family and I recommend it to you.

If you don't believe me then try it out and you will be suprised.
It wont break the bank and I will bet money that you will continue to look at the book on and on.

Very tasty cooking recipes are included as well.

I've never done a book review before and the one thing that has inspired me to do this now is the fact that the information in this book does actually work. I've yo-yo dieted for years and now finally found a plan for life. You don't need expensive faddy ingredients but just natural realistic foods. All the recipes are quick, easy and taste delicious so your family would enjoy them too.
The exercises in the book have a "tough alternative" so whether you are a couch potato or fitness fanatic there's something there for us all.

Having never done a book review, or any review for that matter, the thing that has inspired me to do this is the fact that it does actually work. Having battled with weight for years, finally there is a lifestyle plan that encompasses realistic food and exercise! Not only are there great quick and easy recipes, but the plan for dinner parties has proved to be an absolute life saver, with those who are and aren't, worried about their weight!

The exercise recommendations are easy to follow and well explained, and while I have a way to go yet, the thought of the summer months is now not as terrifying as it once was!

I would fully recommend this book.
