Didn't come with instructions, though, as you'd think this product would be fairly self-explanitory, that shouldn't have been a problem. But it's not. The metal rod doesn't screw into the wood far enough to fit into the boot properly, therefore does not fit a size 5-7 as advertised. And, the product doesn't come with the extra plastic inserts, as stated in the product details. I have managed to stuff it into my boot in some manner, so it may work enough to stretch it a bit, but I'm not impressed. Yes, it's a good price, but surely instructions should be included.

The universal joint on this boot stretcher is of poor quality, I had to file off some of the corners to enable use. Not a problem for me but anyone else might have returned it. Does its intended job OK
