I must start by saying that this is one well designed and well made bag. It really feels nicely constructed with decent materials. And looks very compact and low profile.
The above sort of sums up everything in the review really but...and here's the kicker - I'm using a relatively old Sony 13" Viao laptop. It's no monster but the one criticism of this bag is that it isn't the roomiest of bags. In-fact, although there are a ton of pockets in this thing, it's very, very compact. If you're looking to get a lot of bigger stuff in this bag, you ain't. Simple as that. It'll take lots of small items just fine but large notebooks along with your laptop is going to be super snug. I'm not disappointed with this but it's worth noting if you're thinking it'll be crammable, it isn't. If you're stuffing an ipad in as your primary device, then you'll get a lot more in it of course.
Apart from this (and I'm now carrying less crap, so it's a benefit for me ;) ) It seems robust. The inside is very well lined and, like I said, has a ton of nooks'n'crannies. Also it's not particularly heavy. I'm very happy with it.

The bag is awesome! lots of place to put things. the construction of the bag is one of the best things i've ever seen in a bag. Very ergonomic, and can always put more things inside, it seems that the space will never finish.
