What a book ! Amazing technical information about this fascinating drink. This australian guy is a real winewriter, not copying his colleagues but researching by himself. Sorry for Richard Juhlin who produced a very nice book, unfortunately his degustation notes are too old, some of them from 1999 !
Buy the book of Mister Stelzer, probably the best on the market and I am professionnal.

Excellent guide, with great info and snippets of history about the Chamapgne houses. Fabulous and captivating descriptions of the wines too. Reading on kindle so I may be missing out on the illustrations but it doesn't detract from a great guide.
