This book is a great resource for weaning.I found the most helpful thing is that it gently progresses through textures and tastes to introduce new food as my baby gets older - without jumping too quickly. There are no unusual ingredients and you can freeze lots of meals. The photos are also really appealing!

SO EASY AND SIMPLE TO USE ... DOES EXACTLY WHAT IT SAYS IT WILL ... EVEN IF YOU HAVE A FADDY CHILD!!!

As a parent of an 18-month-old child, I can easily say that this is the best book of recipes I have read. The recipes are clearly laid out and simple to follow, filled with imagination and (most importantly) nutritious ideas for babies and small children, and in fact, for the whole family. I only wish I had had this book during my child's weaning stage!
