About the Author

She writes a regular cookery column for the London Jewish News, is a contributor to Spectrum Radio and has a column with a New York Jewish newspaper

This a delighful step by step cook book, easy to follow and the recipes once made look like the picture. You do not have to be Jewish to enjoy this book.

I found a recipe in the health food magazine "taste for life" a couple of years ago called "Layered Salmon Fillet" and was OUTSTANDING! I make the recipe often and have finally located the book name. I am purchasing a copy right now and might purchase more as gifts
