I know that some of these "novelty" style books can be a complete turn-off with their gushing sentimentality or patronising, didactic advice but this one hits the mark for once. It is filled with great, sound advice for new and old dads and some fabulous quotations from famous and not so famous Dads. A nice pocket money present for Dads for birthdays, Father's Day, even Christmas or just to say you appreciate your Dad.
