DO NOT BUY THIS BOOK IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A DISCUSSION OF U.S. LAW. Nowhere in the description does it indicate that this book relates to BRITISH BANKRUPTCY LAW, and not U.S. bankruptcy law. It would have been nice if somebody, somewhere, noted anywhere on the book or description this simple fact. I bought the book, looked it over happily...read the back and front cover...the forward...even the copyright page indicates the publishing company, "Authorhouse," is based in Bloomington, Indiana. But then, a few pages in, I started seeing odd phrasings ("whilst," "clear the lot," and "offence"). Then my fears were confirmed. The author directs the reader to a ".uk" website for help with the law. Like I said, it would have been nice if the author--some guy named "Robin" who lives in Cambridgeshire--had given the reader notice up front. Now, I guess I'm in a bit of a sticky wicket, eh? LOL.
