From what I have seen so far it is a good guide to playing boogie woogie. The problem now is to get down and practice it.

Awesome Book!!! 1 Mar 2004

I've only been playing piano for 3 1/2 years, and I needed something to help me cross the bridge between classical and jazz music. I'm so glad that I found this book! It's very easy to understand. The CD that's included is also really helpful. And it doesn't just stop at boogie woogie. Some of the riffs reminded me of early blues and rock and roll. I'd highly recommend this book to both amateurs and professionals.

Waste of money, Most of examples are on organ...most of the
stuff is rock and roll not boogie woogie...I've seen and heard
boogie woogie and this is far from what I was expecting...
