5.0 out of 5 stars Higher Self Confidence! 1 April 2010
By Lori Finnila - Published on Amazon.com
I feel much more comfortable about my own body now. I didn't realize how much of an impact self-esteem is affected by how we feel about our bodies until I read Elisabeth's book and found more confidence within myself from it. Great book to read.

5.0 out of 5 stars Wish I'd known all this years ago! 27 Sep 2007
By Diane Poitiers - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback
I love bOObs. The author clearly cares about her readers and fellow boob-owners. This is not an intimidating "perkier than thou" makeover guide, nor a scary "watch out for the time bombs on your chest" cautionary tale, but a lovely, comprehensive, engagingly written book that celebrates the beauty, individuality, functionality, and wonder of women's breasts. I heartily recommend it. (I plan on getting a few copies as gifts for young family members, and wish I'd known all of this back then.)

5.0 out of 5 stars I Thought I Knew It All 21 April 2010
By Debra Jarvis - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback
As a breast cancer survivor I thought I knew it all about breasts. Boy, was I wrong! I really wish I had read Elisabeth's book about breast reconstruction before I got my implant. Not that I would change anything, but I would have had such a better understanding about it all. I love the way that she talks about breasts in a matter-of-fact and engaging style. I felt as if we were sitting there having coffee together! Clearly she has done a ton of research but is never dry or boring. I'd buy this book for my daughters (if I had any) or anyone w/breast issues, i.e. dense breasts, an upcoming mammogram, a cancer diagnosis. This book is a treasure.
