At first I was happy with this product as it looks good. HOWEVER within 3 weeks of purchase the glass handle is cracked and has become unsafe where it is supposedly sealed with the main part of the product. If I was to attempt to lift the full pot then the handle I am sure will break off and I will get scalded!

The best pouring I've ever seen from a teapot! It is also beautiful to look at and makes a good cup of tea. The only things I'd change are having a plunger in the infuser so the tea doesn't stew if left for a while and for the infuser to reach nearer the bottom of the pot so you can make a smaller pot of tea. Nit picking aside it is a great teapot.
