Excellent book, good condition but no online code and no instructions. No in list of activation. I'm very disappointed. I hope any communication.

It is a very good reference for those interested in MSK radiology. However, as all medical books in the last 2 decades, it is too expensive for third world countries radiologists and should be thinked for a low priced edition to help a lot to have the original book and resist photocopying.
