Excellent at explaining the strategy of answering various types of questions which is the most important thing of all as knowing the right strategy saves time. Although the book could have done with a few more excercises, I would still say it is good value for money...Highly recommended!

I would have liked to view a bit of the content before purchase but was very satisfied when I browse the book upon receipt. It's a great way to give bite sized tests to your child as the assessments are only 30 minutes long. My child doesn't get bored and likes the fact the he's being timed as he races to beat the clock. The inclusion of an answer sheet and detailed introduction of how best to carry out the tests is very helpful to parents especially when one is a bit rusty on primary literacy. I also think it is a good way to prepare for SATs and 10 - 11+ tests for secondary school in some borough. I would recommend it to all parents.

Excellent practice papers for pupils aged 10! Good mix of grammar exercises, vocabulary testing and comprehension. More pictures could make it a bit more child-friendly

This book comprises 8 sets of 30 questions. The questions cover the various styles found in the 11+ exams but obviously with easier answers. Read more

Good
Very useful book for kids. My daughter enjoys doing the exercises.The variety of the questions is large and it challenges the kids to apply their mind.
