I thought this would make an ideal gift for a female friend as it doesn't need wrapping and seemed reasonable value compared to other cosmetic gifts...
However upon said recipient opening the gift, both myself and herself were some what disappointed, beneath the pretty blue wrapping paper and bow is a brown cardboard boxed poorly secured with parcel tape - had I known this was there I would have wrapped the items myself as it looked rubbish.
To further insult, inside the box is a straw like bedding which is pretty enough but does an effective job of hiding what are actually very small products. The large box gives the impression it is full of cosmetic products but in reality I'd say over two thirds of it is packaging.
The products themselves seem nice enough and certainly smell good but I did feel like a bit of a tool once she'd opened it due to it's lack of contents!
