BodyWise is an absolutely excellent book covering every aspect related to excess weight and general ill health that orthodox medcine choses to ignore. It is an extremely interesting and informative read full of practical, balanced and easy to follow advice, which through following the simple questionnaires in each chapter means that treatment is taylored to your own personal needs. This is my bible without which I'd be lost. If you only buy one 'diet' book, this should be the one!

I suffered blood sugar imbalance, low energy, headaches. This book has given me the necessary information to resolve these problems and create the health I want. It's a must read for all people interested in achieving good health.

This book has lots of good and sensible advice. It is laid out and written in a simple manner and is understandable by anyone.
This book could help many. My daughters learned things that have a significant impact on their diets without having to starve or suffer. Info on IBS very useful.
