Better than my cheapy stock lat bar. 12 Jan 2011

The lat bar extends a maximum of 38 inches (upto the nobbly bits). Exluding the nobbly bits, it's around 34 inches- so you can go a wee bit further than 36 inches but not by much. The grips on the straight part of the bar is in my view not wide enough to do tricep workouts but I think this may be due to my funny wrists (the rubber grips on the straight bar extend until 15.5 inches).
The bar weighs 4.2kg min ~ 9.2lb and feels solid (in comparison to the stock lat bar I got which has bent...

So far I've used it and it does it's job :)
