I have had this punch ball for a week now and have to say that I was very surprised at the quality of the components.
It was easy to assemble with all the items stated present in the box and was put together and usable within 10 minutes (including filling the base with water).
The unit is very robust and with the additional metal stabilising frame attached to the bottom of the base, the punch ball can take several hard hits without toppling or falling over.
The only advise I would give is that due to the nature of the strong spring attached to the stem, be careful as the punch ball comes back quickly and can hit you if you are not ready. Also, as this is a 'junior' model, the stem will only extend to a maximum height of around 5ft 6ins/166 cms and so will not suit anyone considerably taller.
All in all, a great product which will give all age groups a good general aerobic workout.

this product was excellant value the punchball itself is solid rubber nothing to blow up put together easy one bit of advice fill the base up with fine sand it takes a while but worth it

This item is great value for money, my 10 year old son received it for his birthday, but my 7 year old uses it too. The boxing mitts weren't good enough for him though as he wanted to feel like a proper boxer so he used his birthday money to buy some 'proper' boxing gloves.

Bodymax Junior Punch Ball
I bought this for my 9-year old son for xmas and he absolutely loves it. It is adjustable in height too, so as he grows, so does the equipment. well made product too.

Good fun
We found it easy to assemble and fun to play with. The ball is very bouncy and there is no need to hit hard. In fact if we hit too hard the base will become wobbly. Read more

Did not last long, but fun whilst it lasted
Bought this for x-mas for my two boys, 10 and 12. They enjoyed it but the base soon broke with regular use. Would not buy it again.
