I took up running over a year ago and when getting ready for my first marathon and putting the miles in I was suffering from serious chaffing. Then my friend sent me Body Glide stick from America and I never looked back. No I found it on Amazon I replenish the stock myself : ). Excellent product!

My husband uses this for running. He used to come home covered in blisters and red raw but this has stopped that problem completely. I would have given it five stars except we found this size too small and lasts very little time. Would recommend getting one of the bigger sizes.

what I received wasn't in the packaging as in the picture - not sure if it was one of the other versions that comes up on the search or just old packaging. It is still an excellent product, but 12.8g is not huge!
