Sound information in a nicely presented format. Leaving aside the typographiocal mistakes in the text and the book's poor quality binding (meaning that pages come loose alomost as soon as you start to read it!) the information here is sound and well presented. The book is trying to cover alot in a little space which, as an experienced Fitness Instructor, I think it does well. Its not a difinitive guide, but I think it will work well for most purchasers, especially those of moderate experience.The one thing it does address well is your reasons for wanting 'that' body and your motivation to get 'it'. HOWEVER- I do think that the use of whole sections of the book to sell one company's bodybuilding supplements is less than strictly ethical. Given the extent of this 'selling' I feel that this book could even have been a free gift with purchases from that company!! That aside, I'd give it 5-stars if it weren't for such a blatant attempt at selling supplements. Its still worth buying though!!

Having just returned to playing rugby after a break of several years I found I was flabby, out of condition and certainly lacking some muscle size. I wanted something to motivate and get me back into shape as fast as possible. The Bodykit manual was recommended by a work colleague, so I bought it. At less than a tenner it hardly broke the bank. I can honestly say this book has been a great help. The diet and training sections are spot on but you also get a lot of information regarding lifestyle, psycology and motivation, some of that stuff would never have crossed my mind before. After a few weeks of hard work since my long break and following the manual guidelines Im pretty close to achieving my target weight and size. I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending the manual to anyone.

I bought this book because it looked like it covers a lot of what I wanted to know about building a good body. The Body Kit System came across as a well thought of training, motivation and diet system that's designed to give the average person a good body.When I started the system, I weighed 12 stones at 23% bodyfat. After 5 weeks of following the training and diet tips, I weigh 12.9 and my bodyfat levels were just measured at 11%. That's incredible and I honestly put it down to following this book to the letter. The first part of the book really gets to work on you mentally and I think this is the big difference between this book and others. If you want to have a muscular body and low bodyfat levels and a good six pack, then I highly recommend the body kit manual. For this price, the information in there is priceless. Good value book.
