I loved this DVD because it was exactly what I wanted - I can wholeheartedly recommend it. It's got loads of body isolation exercises to help you to learn to move better when you're dancing - learning how to move the hips, rib cage and shoulders in a more 'latin' way. If you've ever been to a ladies' salsa styling class it's a bit like that, but with a lot of exercises to begin with. However, if you're looking for something to teach you the basic steps this is absolutely not the DVD for you - for that you're much better off going to a local class than trying to learn from a DVD.
