This is the best introduction to the subject, putting difficult concepts clearly and simply without distortion of fact. The updated revision is not substantially different from the earlier version but includes different photographs and updated scientific references.

It arrived on time. The book is very good and was in good condition. Although there is a second edition of the same book, this book still explains very well the main ideas of the alexander technique. Very happy with it!
