I had the impression that anything called the "body of knowledge" would be a very large book, but this is not the case. This is more of a glossary of project management terms than a "body of knowledge". Everything is covered, but only very briefly - for example there is one page on leadership, one on teamwork and one on configuration management. So if you are a project manager looking for some practical help, this is not the book for you.

What a waste of money. A small book very thin on detail. You will not pass your APM exam with this book! I would highly recommend buying the Bolton & Naybour book on project management and passing the APM Exam (ISBN 978184426756-9).

An interesting little book but a bit brief in terms of content. More of a glossary of terms than a comprehensive guide to project management.

Excellent Overview of the discipline. Highlighting that Project Management is much more than the narrower view proposed by the 9 sections of the other BOk or PRINCE2 etc. Read more
