It is amazing how much of our health and well-being is tied into our body-clocks. As a health researcher, I find the information in this book to be a really useful overview on everything from insomnia to fertility, and how they are are related to our internal bodyclocks. It seems to be well-researched and is written in an easy to read language. However, I use it as a resource, and wouldn't really want to read it from cover-to-cover for pleasure. Well that's not my idea of fun anyway, though I suppose it could be yours if you are fascinated by this area of science.

I find the subject of circadian rhythms fascinating and really enjoyed reading this book. Knowing that the time of day a patient takes medication or treatment can vastly improve its effectiveness and reduce side-effects is something that doctors and patients are now starting to pay more attention to.

This is a well written and interesting introduction to chronotherapy, a must read for medical practitioners, scientists and the public alike.

The reason it is not 5 stars is that some content is now outdated, and it would be good if a new edition was released.
