I suspect the first reason someone will look to purchase this DVD is because they are a fan of Bethenny. As a fan of the original, 'The Real Housewives of New York,' and a Bethenny fan, I fall into this category, and other reviewers seem to suggest the same thing.

Well, it is an extremely good workout in it's own right, and I stress this point! It has left my body feeling great, I am energized and I am seeing improvements and results and what is more, I am totally hooked.
I have shopped around and tried and tested other yoga DVDs and also yogalates. This DVD is my favourite and it is also the best. Bethenny works with Kristin McGee who guides the practice. The DVD is split into segments - the body workout, a booty bonus and a strength exercise section. I try to do the 40 minute workout and the booty bonus each day and mostly do. (never bored with it) The time length is great - it is not too long, it is not too short: it is just perfect. And I compliment this yoga practice with walking and cycling too.
It is at a great pace, and it is a challanging workout so maybe not best suited to the total beginner. (I was a beginner when I got this DVD but quite flexible from other sport and quite fit so once I went along with it a few times I got the hang of it but somebody like my Mum would find this too much a step in at the deep end) I have recommended this DVD to others as I have been so impressed with it.
