Not bad but... 6 Jan 2006
By A Customer
The product that arrived was not an exactly like the one depicted, as the 'glass filter' was not glass at all, but stainless steel with a rubberised top creating a nice thick black band between the pot and the lid. Furthermore, the filter is actually made of two separate pieces with the base inserted into the body, which happened to be dented at the bottom, thereby allowing some stray leaves to slip through. Fixable, and probably a fault of the manufacturer, but just don't expect it to look quite as elegant as the photo above, with your unobscured tea leaves, floating about prettily.

Not very durable 11 Feb 2006
I bought this item 2 weeks ago from Whittards in London, it is now in pieces! Even before the slight slip of the hand that shattered the pot occurred, it was a source of frustration. For one, it is easily blocked by small tea leaves making it useless for a wide variety of teas. Secondly as mentioned above, it's very fragile, therefore you must always exercise extreme caution whilst washing it.

Gotta Love Bodum 18 Feb 2005
By M. Olson - Published on Amazon.com
This is a great little tea pot. It is a perfect size pot for a single sitting for tea. It really is very pretty and fun to use. Infuses the tea well. Reservations: it is a thin, fragile glass so I'm not expecting it to last very long if I'm not careful. And the tea won't stay warm long for the same reason.
