The Bobble Filter Replacement in Lilac that I received today was obviously not brand new. The box that it came in was ripped open, before I opened it. ALSO, there are many scratches on BOTH the bobble filter and the cap that it comes with and by that I don't mean one or two small scratches, both of them are very very scratched. I noticed that the reviewer before me mentioned this too, but I have had a bobble for quite some time now (though I always purchased them from a store) and the one I am replacing does not have as many scratches as this one i received today, so I don't believe it was the manufacturers fault. To some it up, it looks used and disgusting.

I bought this filter because lilac is my favorite color and I am happy to report this one looks just like it is in the picture (some other products' colors do not match what is shown on the screen). The only problem I had is that the product box is not sealed with a sticker or tape, so anyone could have opened and touched the filter. Also, the clear lid that covers the mouthpiece was scratched. It doesn't necessarily look USED, but it doesn't look brand new either (maybe just scratched from manufacturer?) I bought several of these filters and the plastic lids were all similarly scratched.
