Bobbi Brown is great, when i first heard that she has had a number of books out, i thought i'll get one and see what its like. She starts of by saying through her experiance as a makeup artist she heard so many insecurities from such beautiful women that it was disturbing the lack of confidence women have, she speaks about how to take care of your skin, body through common sense, like eating well, drinking plently of water, knowing whats best for your skin type what to avoid like smoking and too much sun exposure, She believes in taking the features on your body and face that you are not confortable with and realising there your strongest features, like a prominent nose, being very tall, she teaches women to embrace these unique qualities, she talking about the pros and consof plastic surgery, makeup for different skin types, and different skin tones such as african american skin and much more. She believes in enhancing your own beauty and not trying to change your face with makeup, ilove how she doesnt try to sell you any products and just tells you whats good for you, even for different ages such as over 50's.She talks about makeup for cancer patients. She is a great influence on women. Her goal is to bring out the best in you, instead of trying to change you, theres so much more in this book that i have been so impressed with it, i have bought another book an plan to get them all.
