Thsi was bought as a gift for my 2 year old boy. His 5 year old sister and him play this together and apart constantly. I got a discounted price on this so was very good value too. It can be assemled in a variety of ways which is great. Highly recommended.

My 3 yr old loves this. Plays ALL the time with it & it has put up with some heavy playing from a very 'lively child'. It does come with lots of bits, but he can put it together and apart with ease. They are easy for 3 yr old to put together/apart!!!
Only bit he needs help with is the lift (which if you put together, suggest you leave together as does get weaker if keep taking apart), but once we put that together - no stopping him again. We have had this in so many different ways it's untrue. You do need to leave the top off the office for the voices to work properly, but this is after ALOT of play. It worked perfectly at first, but it has had some hammer!

I bought this for my 2 1/2 year old for Xmas and it has been a big disaster. The voice which is supposed to be activated when you push the machines around will not work despite pushing them at different speeds on a hard floor as suggested (there is obviously a problem with this feature as the instructions devote a whole page on how to try to get it to work - none of which helped). The kit comes in a hundred different bits and is flimsy and regularly falls apart. The balls which come with it are tiny and disperse all over the room if your child drops them (especially on the hard floor you're meant to set it up on). It has gone back in the box and I suspect will not be got out again. A real disappointment.
