This workout is so good it borders on brilliance. It will make your dry fit shirt look like false advertising. I was dripping sweat after 25min but kept at it until the end. The day after my muscles hurt in all the right places so I know I worked hard which is great.
This DVD will be used many many times in the weeks to come together with Bob's Sculpted Body which is less cardio orientated but still great.
He uses all the fat banishing kettlebell exercises: windmills, tactical lunges, squats with presses, swings etc..
I found that his tactical lunge hurt my legs and arms because he is advising to lunge forward whilst swapping the kettlebell under the legs, however I have done this move before and it works much better when you lunge backwards whilst swapping the bell from hand to hand under the legs. I'm sure Bob's way is correct but it suits me better to lunge backwards whilst doing the move.
The last 5min are dedicated to floor work- very "ouch" but sooo good!
Definitely worth the money.
