I am a huge an of bob harpers DVDs. I have all the ones that have been released in the uk. This one was slightly pricey compared to the others but was worth it in the end. I couldn't find it anywhere else on region 2. The workout is great (think the cardio version of what pure burn super strength is like!). Great cardio workout, 1 hour long with a 20 minute version also. Good enough to do only half the hour workout if your short on time! Used my HRM with this and burned 450 calories in the hour.

I have been a fan of Jillian Michaels for a few years but bought this DVD when I felt Jillian was getting a bit too easy. This DVD really pushes you hard and you feel like you have had a complete workout. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to push themselves that little bit more and feel better about their body and overall fitness.

I bought this dvd after a spell of not being able to find anything that pushed me or even inspired me to put on. I like to work hard and really feel like I have worked. I bought Bobs Super Strength first and it was amazing, I love the way Bob teaches and pushes you to work that bit harder than you thought that you could. It reignited my passion for exercise and I quickly bought the Body Rev Cardio and this may sound sad but really looked forward to getting the DVD and it definatley did not disappoint. He works you hard and pushes you and if you are like me that will motivate you to do it again and again. I spent the 60 minutes pushing and shouting myself through the moves and to the point where my son came downstairs to see if I was OK!! (True story) at the end my entire body, including my hair was soaking and I felt awesome and the next day even though I could feel every single muscle in my body I could not wait to do the dvd again and raved about it to my friends and family. If you like a nice easy workout where you can stop all the time then this dvd is not for you, however if you like to be pushed like to sweat and really want to make an impact on your body then don't miss out get this dvd today and you will be rewarded!! Enjoy :)

I have all of his other DVDs which are released in the UK and I think this one is the best. It is very hard work for over an hour but the results are well worth the effort. Bob's counting leaves a lot to be desired - if he is counting down "5, 4, 3" etc. he'll stop at 4 and start talking while you're stuck in plank or chair pose and then after what seems like half an hour it'll be ".....2, 1".

I would strongly reccommend this and advise that you stick with it - just find the time and do it. The sense of achievement high you feel after completing it is worth the pain and effort.

I couldn't say I enjoyed doing this DVD but I really felt I had done some exercise by the end - you definitely work up a sweat. The main downside for me is the amount of squats you have to do - if you have any kind of knee problems, you will not be able to walk the next day as there are HUNDREDs of them. Even the people on the DVD can't make it to the end on all of the moves, which does make you feel a bit better about it. If you want a no-frills, teeth gritted burn session you will probably enjoy this. If you want something that will still work but you enjoy doing I'd recommend Davina instead.

A great cardio work out. I was aching for days after the 1st time I did it. Just a note if you are thinking of buying it, you do need hand weights for a lot of the work out.

Bob is the man! A totally different animal to Ryan Shanahan of Kettleworx, whose programme I love to be honest and which works for me. Bob Harper doesn't go in for this "get fit in 10 or 20 minutes 3 times a week" carry on - he believes to get truly fit you need to "bust your ****" for an hour every day. His DVD workouts are very hard work and I enjoy them very much. I have no doubt that if I were to do any of his workouts on a regular basis ( as in 3 or 4 times a week) it would really get me super fit. I have Bob's DVDs, loads of Jillian Michaels' DVDs, Kettleworx - all different but all very effective. It's not so much to do with the content, more about your individual approach and willingness to commit. That's my personal opinion, anyway. It's all good = whatever or whoever you choose to follow, give it your all, commit to it and the more you do that the more you'll enjoy it, and results will follow thereafter.
