Product Description

Turn your TV into an unlimited work of Art with Panoramica Motion Gallery DVDs. Each DVD can run for up to 8 and a half hours ! Ambient in concept - there's no story-telling, no narrative, just a constant stream of compelling beauty and breathtaking imagery. Bob Carlos Clarke is the UK's greatest photographer of female sexuality. His fine art prints are unsurpassed, and sought after by collectors worldwide. With an eye and skill developed over three decades, he balances his highly-charged images on the razor-edge between pornography and art, adding a sensitivity uncommon in the contemporary genre. "One of the world's most successful photographers" FHM "Heir apparent to Helmut Newton" The Independent

4.0 out of 5 stars Never Too Many Nights in front of my TV now... 21 Mar 2007
By Sozihna
Not only is this item fantastic for Bob Carlos Clarke fans, but for anyone who has a desire to make their living room more interesting.

These DVD's have been released by a company called Panoramica designed as screensavers for your TV. If you want to create an atmosphere in your living room and music alone is not enough I recommend you buy one of these dvd's. They project both stills and moving images and you can set the time intervals of how many images per hour etc yourself.

This collection specifically is Bob Carlos Clarke's Too Many Nights pictures which is a gently erotic (ie art as opposed to porn) exploration of female sexuality.

After his tragic suicide last year, Minister Rupert Morris who spoke at Bob Carlos Clarke's funeral told of Bob's "fascination with death and his fear of growing old". However, I feel that with this dvd Bob Carlos Clarke and his work are immortalised through the art of modern technology.

Hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

This is genius. A real fantastic idea for all those of us who cannot afford the real pictures by the legendary Bob Carlos Clarke whilst also filling the massive flatscreen TV with images rather than just a black hole on the wall. You can either have the images rotate or just static. For me just a great way to see the amazing pictures rather than flicking through a book.

3.0 out of 5 stars DVD doesn't really do the material justice 26 April 2013

Bob Carlos Clarke was a superbly talented photographer.
I bought this as I love his darkly erotic, yet amusing work. However, his images deserve to be seen on large framed prints and their detail & humour enjoyed to the full. A dvd slideshow can never really do that.

So this is a compromise and I'm not really sure it's a good one.

1.0 out of 5 stars Does this work as art or porn? 4 May 2013

I was looking for some interesting photography and found neither art nor porn. It may work for many, but didn't seem to me to do either very well. One man's art-porn is another man's tit/tat!
